1: Completely sorted out all data-organization (BIG DEAL!)

3: Completed "getFilteredData.m" to accept the MxN and 1xN cases and handle errors for specifiable filter MAT input filename
4: Redesigned "getCurrentDensity.m" to compute J (or S?) for two data arrangements

5: Removed unused scripts from code directory
